At Inspire and Illuminate, all our jewellery is handcrafted with care. Please read the following carefully:

Made-to-Measure Jewellery

Items created to a specific measurement cannot be returned, as they are custom made for you.

Standard Size Jewellery

If you’ve purchased an item in a standard size and it isn’t right for you, returns are accepted.

Returns must be sent directly to our supplier. Upon request, we will provide the return address.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Full refunds are provided for returned items that meet the above criteria.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Important Notes

Please ensure returned items are in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for postage costs when returning items.
